The fire control center is set in the building control center on the first floor of the building. The system can automatically control the start and stop of fire-fighting equipment such as fire shutter door and smoke exhaust valve. For the fire pump, the start and stop of smoke control and smoke exhaust fans can be controlled manually in the fire control center in addition to automatic control. When the gas leakage detector gives an alarm, it will automatically cut off the main gas valve and receive the feedback signal. After the fire alarm is confirmed, the non fire power supply will be automatically cut off, the power supply of alarm broadcast, fire emergency light and evacuation light will be connected, and the feedback signal will be received. After the fire alarm is confirmed, all elevators stop on the first floor and receive feedback signals. The manual alarm buttons are reserved with fire extension jacks. Fire fighting is set in the elevator machine room, air conditioning machine room, power transformation and distribution room, water pump room and smoke exhaust machine room, and 119 live broadcast is set in the fire control center. The wiring terminal box and module box set on each floor of the fire alarm control system are arranged in the weak current room. The fire-fighting power line and linkage line are fire-resistant wires, protected by KBG steel pipe with great export growth difficulties, and the steel conduit is connected with the grounding system to form a good shielding protection. The metal pipe is coated with fire-proof paint for protection. The pipeline crossing the civil air defense area on the second floor of the underground shall be sealed. The actual layout of the fire alarm system probe can be specifically adjusted during the secondary decoration. Communication interface is reserved between fire alarm system and BA system. Summary: the fire alarm system is important from the perspective of protecting people's property and life safety, and it is the most rigorous drawing review in the weak current system. During the design process, attention should be paid to the specification requirements, especially the mandatory specification requirements. The unconventional linkage sequence of fire-fighting equipment shall be recorded in detail as the program design basis for the commissioning of fire alarm system equipment. At present, the fire alarm system mostly adopts the non-polar two bus system, and the alarm linkage bus is shared, which is convenient for design and construction, but the requirements for bus protection are higher, so the construction requirements of the bus should be in accordance with the construction requirements of the linkage bus. The security monitoring system security monitoring system control center is set in the building control center on the first floor of the building. The security monitoring system adopts an integrated computer security integrated management system, mainly including security alarm system, television monitoring system and patrol system. Infrared radiation detectors are set around the building, and alarm probes are set in important passages (elevator, staircase and public corridor) inside the building.
